Kim Young-ho said, "I will follow the example of Germany and move forward with a unified Korea."

Unification Minister Kim Young-ho said he would follow the wisdom of Germany and move toward a unified Korea with the principles of realizing constitutional values and universal human values.

At a reception hosted by the German Embassy in Seoul yesterday (4th), Minister Kim said, "Germany's wisdom shown during the unification process is a model for South Korea amid North Korea's anti-unification behavior of hostile relations between the two countries."

He then said that the German experience and wisdom of achieving unification will be a lighthouse for the journey toward a unified Korea, and stressed that our August 15 reunification doctrine is an active strategy to achieve free unification led by the Republic of Korea in a situation where the North Korean regime erases unification.
