A fire in a detached house in Tongyeong, South Gyeongsang Province.The old man in his 90s dies.

A fire broke out at a detached house in Sanyang-eup, Tongyeong-si, Gyeongsangnam-do, at around 3 a.m. today (5th) and was extinguished in an hour and 40 minutes.

The fire killed a grandfather in his 90s who lived in a house, and a grandmother in her 90s who was with her was evacuated.

Also, the interior of the house and household items were different, causing 10 million won in property damage estimated by the fire department.

Fire authorities believe there is no possibility of arson and are investigating the exact cause of the fire and the extent of the damage.
