North Korea plans to hold the Supreme People's Assembly tomorrow (7th) to revise the Constitution.

As previously announced, it is expected to institutionalize "two hostile countries," and attention is being paid to the level of nuclear weapons because they have recently threatened the use of nuclear weapons.

North Korea will hold a Supreme People's Assembly tomorrow (7th) and propose a constitutional amendment to vote on it.

Kim Jong-un, who has defined inter-Korean relations as "two hostile countries," is taking follow-up measures nine months after ordering the constitution to be revised in January.

[Chosun Joongang TV (January): Confrontation between the two Koreas, who are becoming increasingly brutal and arrogant, cannot go on the path of national revival and unification with the Korean people, who have a strong sense of fraternity....]

As Kim Jong-un ordered, the possibility of removing expressions such as "unification" and "nationality" from the North Korean Constitution and establishing territorial provisions is discussed.

Denying the Northern Limit Line, NLL, which has served as a maritime border between the two Koreas, it can also be used as a justification for new provocations by presenting a maritime border further south.

In particular, attention is being paid to the level of constitutional amendment and the extent of additional measures, as North Korea has recently threatened to launch a "nuclear attack" in case of emergency, strongly criticizing the South through the mouths of Kim Jong-un and Kim Yo-jong.

[Chosun Central Television (last 4th): He said that if he tried to pray for the use of force, he would relentlessly use all of his underwater aggression, including nuclear weapons, and that if such a situation were to occur, it would be impossible for Seoul and the Republic of Korea to exist.]

First of all, the Ministry of Unification predicts that it is possible to propose a proposal to destroy even the 1991 Inter-Korean Basic Agreement, which defines inter-Korean relations as a special relationship aimed at unification, not a country and a country.

[Park Won-gon/Professor of North Korean Studies at Ewha Womans University] In North Korea, the Constitution is weaker than the Labor Party's rules under the leader's teaching. Nevertheless, revising the Constitution has the effect of informing all North Koreans.]

Experts predict that as the U.S. presidential election is set to take place next month, armed provocations will continue with a series of threat messages to attract interest in North Korea and prepare for the situation.
