This is the second time in the last four days that Vice President Harris has visited hurricane-affected areas.
Former President Donald Trump, a Republican candidate, accused the federal aid of being insufficient, but North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper, a Democrat, explained that the federal government has been helping since shortly after the incident.
