North Korean State Councilor Kim Jong-un visited an artillery school to guide him in live-fire drills, the Korean Central News Agency reported.

I visited the artillery school again in a month following the beginning of last month.

Analysts say this is also related to the new "territorial" clause in the Constitution ahead of tomorrow's Supreme People's Assembly.

North Korean leader Kim Jong-un is smiling brightly surrounded by soldiers.

Chairman of the states Affairs Commission Kim visited the "Oh Jin-woo Artillery General Military School," which is his second visit in a month since early last month.

The Korean Central News Agency reported that Chairman Kim guided the live-fire training and kept his promise to see the graduates live-fire during the inspection last month.

[Chosun Central TV: Comrade Kim Jong-un watched the shooting drill after listening to the final report of the principal of the military school according to the plan of the artillery firing and the situation of the virtual battle]

Experts estimated that the gun seen behind Kim in the picture was a 152mm Goksan.

Goksanpo is a ground-towered weapon of Goksapo, a type of long-range artillery that threatens the West Sea NLL and the metropolitan area.

Analysts say that this is also related to North Korea's move to establish territorial, territorial, and airspace provisions in the Constitution.

This is because the artillery unit is mainly deployed near the northernmost part of our West Sea.

[Jo Han-beom / Chair Researcher at the Korea Institute for National Unification (YTN Newswide): Since the naval power is absolutely inferior, it is highly likely that they will use artillery to shoot the NLL, disrupt GPS, or provoke gray areas in some form to emphasize the maritime border they have drawn anyway.]

Earlier in January, Chairman Kim Jong-un warned of a constitutional amendment in a city administration speech, warning that territorial invasion is a provocation of war.

[Chosun Central TV (January): No boundary line, including the illegal Northern Limit Line, is allowed, and if the Republic of Korea invades our territory, airspace, and territorial waters even 0.001mm, it will soon be considered a provocation of war.]

Once North Korea establishes a territorial clause in the Constitution, controversy over invasion and military tensions based on it will inevitably increase.
