At around 5:20 a.m. today (7th), seven cars on their way to Seoul hit one after another at Bupyeong Interchange on Gyeongin Expressway in Galsan-dong, Incheon.The driver of a 1t Porter truck was taken to hospital in an accident called
but died and four other drivers were slightly injured.
Police believe that the morning car, which was coming in reverse to the lamp section exiting the Gyeongin Expressway, caused an accident while attempting to turn right on the road toward Seoul.
It has been confirmed that A, a driver of a morning car in his 40s, was not drunk or unlicensed.
The police are investigating the exact circumstances of the accident against A.
