An official from the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency said at a regular press conference today (7th), "We will conduct an investigation into Moon according to the general procedure."
He also added that Moon, who was confirmed to have a blood alcohol level of 0.149%, did not refuse to take a breathalyzer test at the scene, and that he did not confirm whether he took the drug because there was no relevant law to test it.
After securing the black box of the affected vehicle, the police plan to call Moon soon to investigate the details of the incident, including whether it violates other laws.
