A photo of a girl at the scene of a hurricane flood that saddened people around the world has been revealed to be a fake made of artificial intelligence (AI).

According to a New York Post report on the 6th local time, the photo in question is a photograph of a girl in the southern United States who was recently hit hard by Hurricane Hurlin.

The girl in the picture was rescued from the site of the flood, wearing a life jacket and crying as if she were holding a dog.

However, the New York Post reported that the photo is a deepfake, not an actual one. In fact, the shape of the girl's finger in the picture was painted abnormally.

The photo was created with the intention of criticizing the current Biden administration. In fact, numerous social media users shared the photo, criticizing the government's incompetence.

Senator Mike of Utah was among them, but he immediately deleted the photo when it was revealed that it was fake.

Recently, AI is also being used to distribute distorted information for political purposes, and the damage is gradually increasing. Not long ago, AI-generated photos of civilian victims in Gaza spread on social media, causing great repercussions, but they were also shocked when they were found to be AI-made fake.
