Lee Jin-sook, chairman of the Korea Communications Commission, who was suspended due to the National Assembly's impeachment, attended the National Assembly for the first time in two months.

Chairman Lee issued a statement of reason for his absence when he was previously adopted as a witness to the parliamentary audit of the National Assembly's Science, Technology, Information, Broadcasting and Communications Committee, but he attended yesterday afternoon (7th) as the order to accompany him was pushed by the opposition party.

Asked by the opposition party about the KCC staff's submission of the reason for not attending, Chairman Lee explained, "The National Assembly staff first asked and answered to do so, but never called a public official a private secretary."

He also said, "I don't think such a result would have been possible if he had not been impeached."

Vice Chairman Kim Tae-kyu, who attended the parliamentary audit as acting chairman of the Korea Communications Standards Commission earlier, left the parliamentary inspection due to an increase in the chairman.
