Hackers launched the attack with an obscene message that it was meant to mark Putin's birthday on July 7.
The hackers claimed to have attacked the Russian court information system, knocking down the court's website and deleting court papers and rulings.
A court in Russia's Vladimir state said on its official Telegram channel that its website was not working for "technical reasons" and advised citizens not to submit legal papers online.
On the right, the capital of Russia's Bashkir Republic (Bashkortostan), some courts have postponed the hearing scheduled for the day due to hacking attacks.
In addition, VGTRK, an all-Russian national television and radio broadcaster that owns major state TV channels and radio broadcasts, was hacked, disrupting online broadcasting.
According to pro-Kremlin media outlet Gazeta-Ru (gazeta.ru ), state-run broadcasters such as Rossiya 1 and Rossiya 24 and more than 80 regional stations suffered hacking damage.
VGTRK said it resumed online broadcasting on the 8th, saying its system had not suffered serious damage from hacking.
