U.S. Democratic presidential candidate Vice President Kamala Harris called North Korean leader Kim Jong-un and Chinese President Xi Jinping "people who are portrayed as dictators and killers."

Vice President Harris responded in a recorded interview with CBS' late-night talk show "The Late Show With Stephen Colbert" on the 8th local time when asked about the close relationship between them and former President Trump.

In addition, regarding Bob Woodward's new book that former President Trump has spoken to Putin several times since leaving office, he criticized, "Trump respects so-called strongmen, dictators, and plays into them because he flatters or offers favors to himself."

At the same time, former President Trump's delivery of COVID-19 test kits to President Putin and sending love letters to Kim Jong-un are "Trump thinks they are friends," and stressed that "the American people should be the first friends."

Regarding the war in Gaza, Vice President Harris said, "We need to negotiate a ceasefire and release of hostages as soon as possible," adding, "This war must end."

Regarding the recent report that "the deal is close to reaching a conclusion," he added, "There has been some progress, but it is meaningless until the deal is actually concluded, and I don't think we should be applauded for the close agreement."
