The Korea Game Users Association held a press conference in front of the Constitutional Court yesterday with G Sikbaek, a YouTube channel for games, and argued that Article 32, Paragraph 2, No. 3 of the Game Industry Act, which includes pre-censorship of games and prohibition of distribution, is unconstitutional.
More than 210,000 game industry workers and game users participated in the petition, marking the largest constitutional appeal ever.
