Korea Zinc will hold a board meeting this morning (11th) to discuss whether it will raise the tender offer price of its treasury stock, which is currently 830,000 won.

Today is the last day that Korea Zinc will be able to change its terms without increasing the tender offer period for its shares, which ends on the 23rd of this month.

Attention is focusing on what conclusions will come at a time when MBK Partners and Youngpoong, the counterparts of the management dispute, announced earlier that they would not raise the purchase price further, and Financial Supervisory Service Director Lee Bok-hyun made warning remarks.

That was today's preview.
