From 2021 to June this year, a total of 750 applications for damage relief related to food processors were filed with the Korea Consumer Agency, which is on the rise every year.
In particular, more than 160 cases were received in the first half of this year, up more than 60% from the same period last year, and this year, the food processor manufacturer's management deteriorated and AS processing was delayed.
As for the specific reason for the application, 'AS complaints' were the most common at 50%, followed by 'quality'.
There were about 470 "rentals" in the form of food dispenser contracts, 1.7 times more than "purchases."
The Korea Consumer Agency said that in order to be recognized for product defects, it is necessary to follow the use of products such as one-time inputs or prohibited contents.
