Park said that the Democratic Party's request for a permanent special prosecution investigation at the Supreme Council includes a violation of the National Assembly Testimony Appraisal Act, which punishes witnesses who do not attend the parliamentary audit.
He then pointed out that witnesses' disregard for the National Assembly regarding the Kim Gun-hee allegation is serious, and that this seems only to be a bulletproof purpose for the regime's highest power.
He also said that he may be able to avoid attending the National Assembly for a while, but he cannot avoid the special prosecutor's investigation, adding that he hopes to attend the parliamentary audit in good faith instead of thinking about being investigated later.
