According to the real estate R114 tally, the average sale price of apartments in Seoul as of October this year was 54.69 million won per 3.3㎡, which was 19.61 million won higher than the average annual sale price of 35.08 million won last year.
The increase in apartment prices in Seoul showed a big difference from the 15% increase in the national average during the same period.
The sharp increase in the average sale price in Seoul was also attributed to the fact that there were many sales in three Gangnam districts this year, especially the "Fozeth Han River," which recorded 137 million won per 3.3㎡.
Experts analyzed that the polarization of the sale price trend according to the region has intensified as the sale price has risen around the so-called "upper-level" of Seoul, and the sale price has also jumped together.
