Yonsei University, novelist Han Kang's alma mater, celebrated the news of winning the Nobel Prize in Literature, saying that it is the pride of the university and the pride and achievement shared by all mankind beyond Korea.

Yonsei University released a press release today (13th) and said it pays tribute to the hard work of Han Kang, who has depicted human dignity and free will in poetic language against violence.
