When the luggage that was occupying the parking space of the underground parking lot was moved and stopped, the owner of the luggage spat on the windshield of the vehicle.

On the 12th, YouTube channel Han Moon-chul TV shared a video received from an informant living in an apartment in Sejong City.

The informant entered the parking lot after work at around 10 p.m. on the 3rd, but could not find an empty parking space. At this time, he found a chair and an ice box in an empty parking space, and he put the items in the parking space aside and parked the car in the car where he could not find an empty seat.

The informant explained, "Who would have kept his seat as a luggage in this day and age?" and "I left it on one side and parked it."

However, the informant who returned to the car the next morning found a mark of water splashing on the windshield and immediately checked the black box.

The black box showed the owner of the luggage returning about 17 minutes after the informant parked and leaving with the items in his car. However, the vehicle stopped shortly after, and soon after, the owner got out of the driver's seat and approached the informant's vehicle and spat on the windshield.

The informant said he/she inquired with the apartment management office, but he/she answered that it is difficult to provide personal information and CCTV, and that he/she can only give information to the police after filing a complaint.

"I didn't want to blush with my neighbors, so the management office wanted to ask for an apology and car wash fee through intermediate contact, but even this was not possible," he said, adding, "I don't want to just move on because I'm so willing."
