The revision allows accommodation businesses or jjimjilbang operators to exempt them from administrative disposition when they did not know they were teenagers due to forgery, alteration, or theft of their ID cards or cannot confirm they were teenagers due to threats.

In addition, the amendment to the Welfare of the Aged Act, which was dealt with together, included mandatory provision of one piece to the elderly, such as large letters or easy screen composition on kiosks and mobile apps.

In addition, through the revision of the Welfare of Disabled Persons Act, the employment restriction agencies for criminals and sex offenders related to abuse of the disabled have also been expanded.
