Dozens of natural science applicants and parents said they will file a lawsuit with the court to invalidate the essay test and a provisional injunction to suspend the test.
The 20-year-old candidate leading the class action said she plans to appoint a lawyer to file a complaint within this week after a legal review.
Earlier, on the 12th, a questionnaire was distributed and retrieved about an hour before the test at a test site where Yonsei University's natural essay examination was held, raising suspicions that the problem was leaked in the process.
In this regard, Yonsei University maintains that there is no retest, saying that the fairness of the entrance examination has not been violated.
However, in order to resolve the suspicion, six people, including two candidates who leaked test papers and questionnaire photos, were charged with obstruction of business and asked for an investigation to determine whether the test was fair or not.
