Regarding former President Roh Tae-woo's alleged slush funds, National Tax Service Director Kang Min-soo said that the National Tax Service can move only when the facts are confirmed at the third trial.

In a parliamentary audit of the Strategy and Finance Committee held yesterday (16th), Director Kang said, "In principle, it is right to do it after the case is confirmed when there is a trial or investigation."

Suspicions arose that Roh Tae-woo's slush fund, which had not been collected so far, was discovered during the divorce suit between SK Group Chairman Chey Tae-won and Art Center Director Noh So-young.

In the parliamentary audit of the Legislation and Judiciary Committee held on the 8th, suspicions were raised that the National Tax Service did not investigate Kim Ok-sook's borrowed-name insurance money.

Regarding taxation, Commissioner Kang said, "We have no choice but to review legal requirements such as establishing facts and special cases for additional exclusion periods."
