Kim Joo-hyung, who is trying to win his third consecutive victory at the Shriners Children's Open on the U.S. professional golf tour, struggled in the first round.

In the first round of the tournament in Las Vegas, Kim tied for 62nd place with 5 birdies and 3 bogeys at 2 under par.

Kim Joo-hyung, who fell behind by 3 overs at the beginning of the game, rebounded by hitting 5 birdies.

Kim won the competition back in 2022, achieving two wins faster than Tiger Woods, and successfully defended the title last year.

Lee Kyung-hoon, who participated together, tied for 23rd with 5 under par, and Kim Sung-hyun tied for 62nd with Kim Joo-hyung.
