Rep. Park Sun-won of the Democratic Party of Korea argued that North Korean special forces troops sent to Russia were already seen training, adding that there is a possibility that the actual deployment will be faster than expected.

Park, a former deputy director of the National Intelligence Service and the opposition secretary of the National Assembly Intelligence Committee, said a video of the North Korean military marching or outdoor maneuvers in Russia was recently released on the Internet.

A minute-long video released by "Parafax," a Telegram pro-Russian military account, showed at least 200 soldiers wearing Russian military uniforms and equipment leaving the camp.

Representative Park explained that Korean is heard in the video and the Russian Far East's military mark appears, which is consistent with the NIS's information that the dispatched soldiers are stationed in Russian military units in the Far East.
