In the first parliamentary audit of the 22nd National Assembly, there were lawmakers who were rumored to have golf issues.

Although it is a movement that has been popularized to some extent, it seems necessary to keep in mind the view that is not good depending on the time and place.

Min Hyung-bae of the Democratic Party, a member of the National Assembly's Culture, Sports and Tourism Committee, played golf at a golf course in Jeollanam-do on the 6th, just before the parliamentary audit.

It was found that executives from large corporations were also present at the meeting.

Rep. Min played golf with an acquaintance in Gwangju, where his constituency is located, on the 13th, during the parliamentary inspection period, and pushed for a meeting this weekend as well. It is reported that the controversy over its inappropriate nature has collapsed.

In line with the time when the party was gathering power in the by-elections, criticism from party members followed, and when Chairman Lee Jae-myung ordered an investigation of the party's ethics judge with a stern warning, Min apologized, saying he was not careful.

In the People's Power, Kang Sun-young, a former major general of the Army and a member of the National Defense Commission, was embroiled in a controversy after using a military golf course, which is an audited organization.

Media reports say they argued last month when they played golf with aides and employees stopped playing due to bad weather.

Representative Kang refuted that the inspection agency is exerting pressure through the media, saying that he went to check the operation of welfare facilities in the military ahead of the parliamentary audit.

[Kang Sun-young / People's Power Member (16th): It is thought to be an organized resistance by the audited organization to the audit, which conducts obscene acts through the media for our lawmaker's office.]

Politicians who go to the mouth because of golf are constantly being talked about every year.

Two years ago, former lawmaker Chung Un-cheon of the People's Power was criticized for making golf appointments on his mobile phone at the National Assembly Hall, and last year, Daegu Mayor Hong Joon Pyo was disciplined by the party for playing golf during flood damage.

It is pointed out that exercising itself is not a problem, but it is followed that time and status should be carefully considered in consideration of the public's eye level.
