Da Nang - Korean Air flight to Incheon cancelled... "abnormal"

Passengers are experiencing inconvenience because a Korean Air flight scheduled to fly from Da Nang to Incheon has been canceled.

Korean Air said that flight KE462, which was scheduled to leave Da Nang International Airport in Vietnam at 5:30 a.m. local time on the 21st and arrive at Incheon International Airport, was canceled due to an abnormality in the flight.

It has been confirmed that the airliner had a defect in its airframe due to a tidal current collision.

Locally stranded passengers will stay in accommodation provided by Korean Air until alternative flights arrive.
