The National Assembly's Public Administration and Security Committee's parliamentary audit of Ulsan City criticized the conditional registration of golf courses and wartime administration.

Yoon Gun-young, a lawmaker of the Democratic Party of Korea, claimed that there was no process of publicizing citizens as Ulsan City carried out exhibition promotion projects such as "Ulsan version of the Big Rock Face."

In response, Ulsan Mayor Kim Doo-gyeom said, "The administration should put out a project and make a public opinion after review, and we cannot agree with the point that it is a wartime administration."

Lee Hae-sik, a lawmaker of the Democratic Party of Korea, mentioned a golf course in Ulju-gun and asked if there was a fraudulent request, saying that many illegalities were confirmed, but Ulsan City allowed conditional registration.

Mayor Kim refuted that there was no fraudulent request, saying that it is stipulated that conditional registration can be made unless the facility standards are below or canceled workplaces.

Cho Seung-hwan, a member of the People's Power, asked about the floating wind power project, and Kim Sang-wook, a member of the People's Power who has a district in Ulsan, pointed out the concentration of households, including permits for residential and commercial complexes in Nam-gu.

In addition, Rep. Kim Sung-hoe and Rep. Park Jung-hyun of the Democratic Party of Korea pointed out the problem of hemisphere petroglyphs and asked for active administration of Ulsan City.
