The National Assembly's Science, Technology, Information, Broadcasting and Communications Committee issued an order to accompany Kim Dae-nam, former administrator of the president's office, who is suspected of "attacking Han Dong-hoon, the People's Power."

When former administrator Kim and others, who are witnesses to the parliamentary inspection of the Korea Communications Standards Commission, were not present, the Ministry of Science and ICT passed the accompanying order led by the opposition party.

The opposition party argued that the former administrator Kim's remarks on the owner of the representative's attack to progressive media were revealed in the recording, and the ruling party protested that the opposition party was abusing the accompanying order after applying for witnesses like a throwing net.
