Alcorn claimed that Musk used key images of his film without permission at a public event for a robotaxi on the 10th.
At that time, the event featured a bleak-looking future city video showing a man looking at a building forest, which Alcon claims was a copy of the scene in the movie.
He also said he was asked to use the scene the day before the event but refused, adding that Musk then synthesized and used similar images with artificial intelligence.
Alcon said fully self-driving cars continue to appear in the film, explaining that it was no coincidence that Musk stole the movie image.
