Public anger is spreading against a lawmaker of Seongnam City Council, who was identified as the mother of the perpetrator, in connection with a school violence incident at an elementary school in Bundang, Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province.

According to the Seongnam City Council, citizens posted daily on the free bulletin board, urging Representative A to resign. Currently, the bulletin board is plastered with articles about Congressman A.

One citizen said, "I'm ashamed that the parents of the school violence perpetrators are city council members." Another citizen said, "It's a disgrace to the neighborhood," adding, "I'm not eligible for taxes from Seongnam citizens, so resign and move to another area."

In addition, posts such as "Take care of your home first and crack down on your children before you work," "What kind of city council do you do when you are not eligible for parents?" and "Please don't let my money go to the councilor's salary."

In the school violence case, the child of Congressman A was known to be the perpetrator of the school violence, and there was also an article calling for a compulsory transfer.

In addition, strong protests against Congressman A and his children are rising, especially in local mom cafes.

Earlier, five elementary school students, including A's daughter, were found to have committed acts of violence at an elementary school in Bundang, such as crushing themselves, forcibly feeding them snacks mixed with sand, putting their faces in a fountain, and pushing them with weapons. The harassment has reportedly continued for five months since April.

Meanwhile, as the problem grew, the Seongnam City Council was reorganized into 17 members of the People's Power, 14 members of the Democratic Party of Korea, and 3 independents.
