Kakao said that "Kana" can understand the context not only in one-on-one conversations but also in group conversations and provide appropriate answers to users.
CEO Jung Shin-ah of Kakao said that Kakao's core competitiveness is the connection of relationships, and that it is aiming for ultra-personalized artificial intelligence services that even consider context and emotions.
Kakao plans to release "Kana" as an application separate from KakaoTalk and will go through in-house trials within this year to increase its completeness.
