At the export contract ceremony held at the corporate exhibition hall at Chonbuk National University Stadium in Jeonju, four companies in Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province and four Korean companies in four countries, including Mexico and South Africa, signed export contracts.
The successful export contracts this time include PSB Bio, a scalp care shampoo company, KSI, a guardrail manufacturer, food company foodware, and design farmers.
This achievement was obtained by collaborating with Jeollabuk-do and the Overseas Korean Administration to discover 500 companies in the province who want to consult with exports ahead of the Korean Business Conference and continue to support export consultations.
In particular, it is reported that it has prepared a manual on the representative products of pre-discovered companies and provided them to members of the World Korean International Trade Association, the Young Business Leader Network, and buyers of overseas Korean offices, and has preemptively promoted one-on-one matching between companies and buyers.
In addition, the two organizations are reportedly preparing follow-up management measures so that export consultations during the competition can lead to actual contracts.
Lee Sang-deok, head of the Overseas Koreans Administration, said, "I hope that this competition will expand business exchanges between overseas Korean businessmen and Korean businessmen," and emphasized that we will continue to provide one-on-one export consultation opportunities to produce many practical results.
Kim Kwan-young, governor of Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province, also said that small and medium-sized companies in the region will consider various supports to explore overseas markets and strengthen their export capabilities. The World Korean Business Conference, which is being held at Chonbuk National University in Jeonju under the slogan
, 'Together with Overseas Koreans, as the Center of Global Business,' will continue until the 24th.
