I thought I was losing my balance and I was reeling, and I just plummeted to the floor.
It happened during an air show in New Mexico on the afternoon of the 20th local time.
At the time, veteran pilot Charles Thomas Chuck Coleman was on the plane.
Coleman is known to have experience in acrobatics more than 3,000 times and has also trained the cast of the film Top Gun.
The air show was canceled after Coleman's plane crashed and U.S. officials are investigating how it crashed.
