Democratic Party of Korea discusses 'stabilizing supply and demand of kimchi ingredients'

Ahead of the full-fledged kimchi-making season, the government and the people will hold a meeting with consumer groups to discuss countermeasures to stabilize the price of kimchi vegetables.

In this consultation, we will discuss ways to stabilize the supply of 14 kimchi ingredients such as cabbage and radish, provide discount support for consumers, and provide discount information.

In the ruling party, leaders such as representative Han Dong-hoon, floor leader Choo Kyung-ho, and policy committee chairman Kim Sang-hoon will participate, while in the government, Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Song Mi-ryeong and Minister of Oceans and Fisheries Kang Kyung-hyung will attend.
