EU, EU to lend 35 billion euros, 52 trillion won to Ukraine!

The proposal was passed with overwhelming approval in the European Parliament's vote.

Fund loans with proceeds from Russia's frozen assets as collateral.

It has a message against the invasion of Ukraine.

[Roberta Mezzola / President of the European Parliament] With this vote, I send a very strong message. That's the use of proceeds from Russia's frozen assets, and that aggressor Russia has to pay the price.

U.S. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen also said the U.S. is almost ready to provide $20 billion and 28 trillion won from the end of this year.

The United Kingdom, Canada, and Japan, which are members of the G7, also joined.

The UK is worth 2.3 billion pounds, about 4 trillion won, Canada is worth 5 billion Canadian dollars, and 5 trillion won.

[UK Treasurer Rachel Reeves: (UK) will be able to announce that it is providing 2.3 billion pounds to Ukraine in the form of loans]

The final plan is expected to be announced at the G7 Finance Ministers' Meeting in Washington on the 25th.

It comes four months after the G7 and EU agreed to support Ukraine's loans in June.

Russia immediately protested.

"We are challenging the international financial system by using illegal sanctions on foreign state-owned assets as a foreign policy tool," he criticized, adding, "We are committing global economic crimes."
