Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun said the North Korean military mobilized in Russia's invasion of Ukraine is evaluated as mercenaries, not troops.

It also predicted that North Korea could launch intercontinental ballistic missiles and ICBMs at a normal angle ahead of the U.S. presidential election.
