The memorial ceremony will be held for the first time since the regularization of the joint burial ceremony, and more than 270 people, including firefighters Kim Soo-kwang and Park Soo-hoon, who died during the factory fire in Mungyeong, North Gyeongsang Province in February, as well as Heo Seok-gon, head of the fire department, and Kang Man-hee, head of the Daejeon Provincial Office of Veterans Affairs.
Fire Chief Heo Seok-gon said, "Do your duty as a firefighter to the end. We will do our best to remember the sacrifices and dedication of our seniors and juniors who died in the line of duty for a long time without being forgotten, he said.
