The Financial Services Commission said that starting today, insurance claims can be made through the Insurance Development Institute's "Real Loss 24" app and website without removing documents related to medical expenses from hospitals.
As a result, consumers can automatically send bills, receipts, and detailed calculation statements of medical expenses to insurance companies when they log in to the app and choose insurance contracts, hospitals, and medical treatment dates.
The drug bill and receipts will be computerized from October 25 next year, and subscribers will have to take pictures and attach them to the loss 24 app.
However, some point out that only 210 hospitals, which account for only 2.7% of the total target institutions, and health, started first, making it a "half-launch."
According to the Financial Services Commission's inspection of participation, 55% of all hospitals have expressed their intention to participate in computerizing loss insurance claims, and plan to increase it to 60% within this year.
