minister yoo in-chon's death of kim soo-mi "sadness of family loss"

Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Yoo In-chon expressed his condolences on the news of actor Kim Soo-mi's death.

Minister Yoo said the deceased was an actor who left a deeper impression than anyone else, and said it comes as sadness from losing a family member rather than losing a star.

He then added that he mourned deeply, saying, "As I approached like a family with warm humanity and humor, I think my sadness is greater."

Minister Yoo previously acted with the deceased for 22 years in MBC's rural drama "The Country Diary."
