According to CNN, Sotheby's will later this month auction works by AI robot Ai-Da developed by British gallery operator Aidan Mellor.
The name of the painting is "Portrait of Alan Turing, God of AI," and it was painted using a camera mounted on the eye and a robot arm.
Aida's work is expected to be auctioned between 170 million won and 250 million won in our money, and some of the proceeds are planned to be reinvested in the Aida project.
The work was previously exhibited at the Artificial Intelligence for Goodwill Global Summit in Geneva, Switzerland.
AI robot Aida told CNN that the core value of her work is "the ability to serve as a conversation about emerging technologies."
