Recently, bare-body strength training that can be easily accessed through YouTube or mobile apps

.

Then, how much is the exercise effect of bare-body strength training?

We compared energy consumption during exercise and 60 minutes after exercise of running, a representative aerobic exercise with bare-body strength exercise.

As a result, energy consumption during exercise was higher than running bare-body muscle exercise.

While 85% of energy consumption occurred in carbohydrates, running was relatively small at 73%.

In the process of recovery after exercise, fat combustion also had a lot of bare-body muscle exercise.

Bare-bodied strength exercises resulted from fat burning, with 71% of total energy consumption, but running was only 50%.

In addition, even after exercise, the excess oxygen consumption, which means that our body uses energy, continued to be higher in bare-body strength training than running.

This means that bare-body strength training is effective for weight loss by consuming more energy and burning more fat after exercise.
