Kim Sang-hoon, chairman of the People's Power Policy Committee, said he thinks the presidential office may be concerned about refraining from activities other than social welfare services as a response to the controversy over Kim Gun-hee.

Kim, chairman of the policy committee, appeared on YTN radio's "News Fighting Bae Seung-hee" and said, "I'm sure there are various concerns in Yongsan over public opinion about Kim."

He then mentioned the installation of a second annex and refraining from activities as a countermeasure, and when asked if an apology was included, he said yes.

He then pointed out that the party should use November as an opportunity to target the first trial of Lee Jae-myung, chairman of the Democratic Party of Korea, but it is not desirable for internal conflicts and divisions over the special inspector.
