The Navy conducted the first combat experiment on a ship to take off a large drone.
Based on the judgment that future naval battles can be influenced by unmanned power, the construction of a complex system, both on land and in the air, is becoming active.

A drone appears on Dokdo, a large domestic transport ship.
The drone, named Mohave, is smaller than the MQ-9 Reaper, which is called the assassin of the sky, but it has its strength in short-range take-offs and landings.
This time, a combat test flight was conducted in the sea, not on land, and the Navy said it is a drone that can take off even on a short runway of about 100m.
There were concerns about a successful takeoff from the Dokdo, but the drone flies vigorously over the flight deck.
Mohave, who spent about an hour over the East Sea, successfully completed his first experiment, this time landing safely on a land runway.
[ Brigadier General Kim Byung-jae / Head of Naval Force Analysis Test Evaluation: It was a very meaningful opportunity to verify the operability of fixed-wing large unmanned aircraft capable of taking off and landing on ships and to develop optimized ship types and necessary technologies.]
Recently, we also conducted a test to collectively operate unmanned water boats.
An unmanned watercraft under fire leaves the base and overpowers a hypothetical enemy vessel that has invaded the territorial waters.
A complex system based on the sea that can reduce human damage and achieve maximum effect at low cost is quickly being built.
There are many places and space constraints to operate unmanned power, but we are seeking optimized technologies accordingly.
The Navy says it will establish a firm military readiness by securing a variety of unmanned forces in the future.
