Turns out that man, while paragliding, his parachute was caught in a wire and he hung on it.Police and power corporation officials who received the

report were dispatched, but they were unable to immediately rescue the man because he was caught in a 35kV electric wire.

Eventually, we had no choice but to cut off the village power to rescue the man.

This forced the entire town to suffer a power outage for more than an hour.

Fortunately, he was rescued without any major injuries, but there may be additional punishment for damages caused by power outages.
