Collections have been ordered for four products, including indoor children's slides with harmful substances exceeding the standard and electric heating beds at risk of electric shock.

The National Institute of Technology and Standards of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy said that a phthalate-based plasticizer ingredient more than 190 times the standard was detected in artificial leather for indoor slides manufactured by P company.

Exposure to phthalate plasticizers can damage the liver or kidneys.

In addition, it was investigated that electric heating beds manufactured and sold by D and S are exposed to the charging part, which could lead to electrocution of users.

Company Y's hair salon perm tool was also ordered to be collected for the same reason.

More information on the product can be found on the Product Safety Information Center (www.safetykorea.kr ) and the Consumer 24 (www.consumer.go.kr ) website.
