A woman in her 40s who falsely reported that her husband had driven under the influence of alcohol was referred to a summary judgment.

Goyang Police Station in Gyeonggi Province said a woman in her 40s, suspected of violating the misdemeanor punishment law, reported to 112 yesterday (29th), saying she had no key to her house and that her husband had taken it.

Afterwards, the police decided that the dispatch was unnecessary, and then A called 112 again 10 minutes later and reported that her husband had driven out after drinking.

However, it turned out to be a false report, and the police decided that the police force was wasted, so they put A on a summary trial.

A summary trial is a summary trial in which minor crimes are punished with a quick procedure without going through a formal investigation and trial.

A, who has been in conflict with her husband, reportedly reported that the police thought they would accept the house key from her husband.
