Police have launched an investigation into Kang Seung-won, a triple star chef who appeared in the cooking entertainment show "Black and White Cook."
The Gangnam Police Station in Seoul said today (1st) that it is investigating allegations that Kang stole some of the public funds of the restaurant he is running.
Earlier, an online community posted yesterday (31st) that Kang's ex-wife found out that Kang had embezzled some of the restaurant's public funds by sending them to his parents.
The publisher of this article said in the Kookmin Newspaper that he requested an investigation into Kang on charges of embezzlement in business.
