The Gangnam Police Station in Seoul is investigating a woman in her 20s on charges of violating the Road Traffic Act.
Mr. A is suspected of driving unlicensed in Teheran-ro near Gangnam Station in Seoul at around 1:40 p.m. today, hitting cars and driving backwards.At least eight vehicles, including A's vehicle, were damaged in the
accident, and nine people, including the driver and passenger, were injured and two people were taken to the hospital.
According to a police investigation, it was found that A was not drunk and stated that he had taken tranquilizers.
The police will request the National Forensic Service to test A's blood.
