Yesterday (2nd), the weekend, the highest daytime temperature in Seoul rose to 25.1 degrees Celsius, continuing the all-time mild November weather.

The Korea Meteorological Administration said that as the east wind crossed the Taebaek Mountains, temperatures rose significantly in the Midwest and Honam regions, including Seoul, and in the Seoul metropolitan area, especially, the temperature was high, ranging from 2nd to 4th in terms of regional observation.

In particular, the 25.1 degrees Celsius recorded in Seoul is 10 degrees higher than usual, the fourth-highest temperature ever recorded in November since 1907 when weather observations began in Seoul.

In the 117 years since observation in Seoul (1907), the highest temperature in November has exceeded 25 degrees Celsius only four times, including this time, and the highest temperature in November is 25.9 degrees, which was recorded on November 2 last year.

The Korea Meteorological Administration predicted that today (3rd), the holiday, will be relatively mild, but temperatures will drop from daytime tomorrow, Monday, and early winter cold will come on Tuesday and Wednesday, when morning temperatures in central inland areas, including Seoul, drop by nearly zero degrees.
