Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency Commissioner "We will summon Myung Tae-kyun if necessary."

Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency Commissioner Kim Bong-sik said he will summon and investigate Myung Tae-kyun, a key figure in the alleged intervention of the nomination, if necessary.

At a press conference today (4th), Commissioner Kim said that the investigation into the accusation against Myung is being carried out according to the procedure, but he has not yet investigated the accuser.

Earlier on the 25th of last month, the civic group People's Livelihood Committee accused Myung of defamation, saying he released a recording of the call to show off his friendship with the president and his wife.
