This week, the cold like early winter comes ahead of the beginning of the season.

As the cold air moves south overnight, the temperature will drop by more than 10 degrees, and there will be places where the temperature felt on the way to work this morning stays below zero.

The cold wind is getting stronger.

This is because cold and dry continental high pressure is expanding in the northwest, and there will be many places where temperatures drop by more than 10 degrees, mainly in the central interior, overnight.

The temperature in Seoul morning will drop 11 degrees from yesterday morning (16.5 degrees Celsius),
Temperatures in Paju and Cheorwon will also drop by more than 10 degrees overnight compared to the previous day, with 2 degrees Celsius.

The wind chill is expected to remain below zero, especially due to cold winds.

The southern part of the country (7 degrees in Jeonju, 8 degrees in Daegu) will also stay below 10 degrees and be cold.

Special attention is needed because rapid temperature changes can reduce immunity and cause cardiovascular disease.

The Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) expected the temperature to peak in the morning in Seoul with temperatures dropping to 4 degrees Celsius on Wednesday and 2 degrees Celsius on Thursday, the beginning of the season.

In particular, caution is needed against sliding accidents as fog or frost can create "road thin ice" on central inland and mountainous roads where temperatures drop significantly.
